Steps For Viewing the Video Announcements at North Elementary

 

If you have a ceiling mounted projector, do the following:

  1. Turn the projector on.
  2. Turn the DVD/VCR player on.
  3. Choose the input on the control plate for the DVD/VCR player.
  4. Tune the DVD/VCR to Channel 3.

 

If you do not have a ceiling mounted projector, do the following:

  1. Turn the TV on.
  2. Tune the TV to Channel 3.
  3. Adjust the volume as needed. 

 

Troubleshooting Tips:

  1. Make sure everything listed above is turned on.
  2. Check all cords and cables to be sure they are plugged in / connected.
  3. Make sure you are on Channel 3.
  4. If you are using a projector and you don't see the announcements: press another input on the wall plate, wait for the picture from that input to show, then switch the input back to the DVD/VCR.
  5. Submit a HelpDesk ticket if you are still having problems.
